The individual will ensure risks are mitigated and controls are effectively operating, while documenting findings, recommendations, and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Audit Execution<\/strong>: Lead and complete all phases of audits by assessing the adequacy and sustainability of IT controls, testing their effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with BNPP Inspection G\u00e9n\u00e9rale policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation<\/strong>: Conduct process walk-throughs, document audit findings and results, and draft final reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Audit Recommendations<\/strong>: Identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure the suitability of business corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Interaction<\/strong>: Collaborate with audit team members, control owners, and business unit management to ensure smooth execution of audit tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuous Monitoring<\/strong>: Contribute to ongoing risk assessments and escalate any issues that may affect audit schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership<\/strong>: Guide and mentor junior auditors as needed during assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute audits with a high degree of accuracy and independence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with BNPP Inspection Generale\u2019s audit procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and update risk assessments for review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate business corrective actions to close identified control gaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in continuous monitoring and escalate concerns affecting audit schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor junior staff on audit processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical &amp; Behavioral Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IT Audit Expertise<\/strong>: Strong knowledge of IT auditing principles and practices, with a focus on the financial services industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong>: Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with all levels of management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving<\/strong>: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teamwork<\/strong>: Promotes collaboration and fosters a participative team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Initiative<\/strong>: Demonstrates high levels of initiative, commitment, and drive in completing audit tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certifications<\/strong>: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) required.
